What to include in a good report

The best reports include:

  • what you asked Zcrafter to do
  • what you expected
  • what actually happened
  • whether the issue is repeatable
  • the device and browser you were using

Safety reminder

Never share:

  • passwords
  • verification codes
  • private credentials
  • sensitive production details
